eTRAC: Pop-Up Blocker woes solved

Reports in eTRAC can be easily generated for print format as Adobe PDFs. However, since eTRAC is based in a web browser and many web browsers now have automatic pop-up blockers installed, those reports just don't open. Administrative Information Systems (AIS) has prepared workaround instructions for all browsers. These instructions are available on the RSO website.

Visit Pop-up blockers interfering with PeopleSoft reports on the RSO website to download the instructions.

RSO Website: If you can't find something,
tell the webmaster

RSO has seen a 200% increase in visits to its website over the last year. We know it is a valuable resource to you. That's why we want to improve its usefulness.

If you can't find something on the website, or if you think something is hard to find, click on a green Feedback button to send a message to the webmaster. Your name and e-mail are optional, but if you include them, you'll receive a response within two business days.

Feedback buttons are located on the homepage and the "For Researchers" and "For Administrators" pages.

Go to the RSO website.
